We at the Association of Technical Engineers in Topography of Spain are pleased to present X TopCart 2012, the First Latin American Congress on Geomatics and Earth Sciences. Its fundamental objective is to make scientific and technical advances regarding Topography, Cartography and other related sciences known.

This event will bring together many important figures from Latin America and Spain from all fields connected to Earth Sciences. A wide space will be opened for technological and commercial exhibition, where there will be debate on the advantages and disadvantages of applying the new procedures, through proven techniques and through active coexistence between the various business and professional sectors.
