Procedure for the presentation of documents.
Papers' presentation will be in sessions or in panel form
Presentations will be in Word, Power Point or any other available system. In the sessions rooms there will be all kind of facilities ( screen, projector for diapositives, etc). The maximum time will 20 minutes for paper with 5 minutes for questions.
The written length will be free, in DIN A4 size and with 3 cm. free up, 2.5 down and 2,5 left and right margins.
Papers will presented according to the following rules:
Title: Times New Roman 14 pt in bold type
Author: Times New Roman 12 pt in bold type
Company: Times New Roman 12 pt; preferably with post and e-mail addresses
Abstract: In Spanish and English, no longer than 10 lines and in Times New Roman 11 pt.
Full Paper: Time New Roman 10 pt; Abstract, full content, results, discussion of them and conclusions.
Graphics: Free size, with title and Times New Roman 9 pt.
Notes, bibliographical references, acknowledges, etc.: Times New Roman 8 pt; at the end of the paper; no more than 10 full references.
The format will be Word/Office 2000 or 2003. Please, have a look at the Model
Abstracts, no longer than 10 lines, should be received before 20 de december de 2007 by the Scientific Committee in the following address: comite-tecnico@top-cart.com
Accepted papers will be published in this web page; full accepted papers should be sent, through this web page, according to the Model, before 21 de january de 2008.
Selected papers will be published in the C.E.C.E.L. magazine, belonging to the Scientific Research Council, having curricular value.
Papers will be published in CD format and/or Proceedings. The Organizing Committee will be free to publish selected papers in any media, unless the Author previously refuses such possibility.
